the screen: Click on My Page. In the Message from the Webmaster click
on the DLDHistory2k9 Link then Click on the Restaurant List link.
While you are on the 2K9DLDHistory click on the redesign navigation
link and take a look at our new navigation, it is coming together. The Restaurant
information screens will become available to all our members after the
redesign of the site. We are also making a change in the access to the
Article Database: Starting January 1, 2009 you must be at least a
Deluxe member to access the Archive Article Database (articles dated
1954-2003). The Current Article Database (articles dated 2004-present)
will continue to be available to all members including Guests.
Thank you everyone for helping us make DLDHistory.com The Most
Unique Disneyland History Site.
The Top Story this month is a complete video of Fantasy On Parade.
This is a 36 minute video from 1972. The video includes the audio from
the parade. The audio quality is not great but still nice to hear. This
video is available to ALL of our members!
Fantasy On Parade Video.
In our November Newsletter I forgot to put a link for the Great
Moments with Mr. Lincoln Audio Clip. This month I am making double
sure it is there! We have located the full audio from the Walt Disney Story Featuring Great Moments With
Mr. Lincoln. The audio is from 2004 and is a 30 minute clip. Sit back close your eyes and
listen.. This month I have
made sure the link is there...Enjoy…
Great Moments With Mr. Lincoln Audio Clip
We have added 20 new video clips: A 2 minute video clip of the short lived
Cosmic Waves. Although not a very exciting attraction at least the kids
had fun getting wet. A great quality complete ride through of Splash
Mountain taken from the front seat in the log. A complete 25 minute video
of Dick Tracy And The Diamond Cross which played in the Fantasyland
Theater in 1995. A very short 5 second video clip of Pack Mules Through
Natures Wonderland. This is the second 5 second clip we have located. We
will keep looking for a longer video clip. The Pack Mules Through Natures
Wonderland were located in Frontierland from 1960 until 1973. A very
unique viewpoint video of Casey Jr. Circus Train: a complete 3 minute ride
through video with the camera pointing out the back of the caboose.
A great and rare 20 second video clip of the Viewliner. The Viewliner was
located in Fantasyland in 1957. A very good quality 13 second video clip
of Santa Fe and Disneyland Railroad with a great view of the cattle cars!
An extremely rare 2 minute video clip of the Golden Horseshoe Revue featuring
Wally Boag. And the video that I am really glad we have a copy
of: a 20 second video of the Kids Of The Kingdom performing at the Space
Stage. This is probably the rarest video we have.
