New video obtained by 10News appears to show a Disneyland character -- the White Rabbit -- behaving badly by cursing and getting physical.

10News recently broke the story of a lawsuit filed by a local family accusing the same character of refusing to hug or hold hands with four African-American children.

In the 30-second video, the laughter heard right away is coming from the father shooting the cellphone video during a June visit to Disneyland.

After one of Manuel Carlos' daughters pulls on the tail of the White Rabbit, his other daughter, 14-year-old Jocelyn, also takes a turn.

Immediately, the rabbit follows her.

Jocelyn Carlos said the character held her by the arm and neck.

"He told me, 'Don't you ever do that again or I will call security, and tell your stupid friend to stop doing it to,'" said Jocelyn.

Moments later, someone is heard yelling, "Hey you, get off of her."

Jocelyn's sister, Alexis, said it was her.

"He was holding her roughly, and I was scared," said Alexis Carlos.

In the video, the rabbit does let go, but the sisters say they heard some parting words.

In the video, although the audio is difficult to hear, someone is overheard saying, "Don't even start your [expletive] with me."

Jocelyn said there's no doubt who said those words.

"He told me, 'Don't even start your [expletive] with me' and then turned around and pushed my sister out of the way," said Jocelyn.

At the end of the video, the rabbit appears to push someone out of the way.

The family said they didn't complain for fear of getting kicked out.

Recently, a Spring Valley family filed suit after they said the White Rabbit, during an August visit, brushed off their sons and two other relatives to hug white and Asian children.

The family's attorney, Dan Gilleon, plans to use the new video as evidence in the suit.

"It's classic evidence. They aren't supervised and they think they can get away with treating their guests very poorly. It's clear as day these cast members aren't too concerned about behaving badly in public," said Gilleon.

"Some watching this will say, you were looking for a reaction and you got a reaction," said 10News reporter Michael Chen.

"We weren't expecting this reaction. It's unacceptable. These people are professionals. They handle kids every day," said Manuel Carlos.

In a statement, Disney said:

"This seems to be a blatant attempt by a lawyer to generate publicity for a case that has no merit. If anything, all this video shows is a family of misbehaving guests deliberately provoking a character for their own malicious amusement."

10News asked Disney if there were two different employees involved in the two White Rabbit incidents and the job status of those employees.
